A sparkling 100% full juice cider. The largely bittersweet varieties used in Little Owl provides it's gently tannic underpinning note - Sweet Coppin, Tremletts Bitter, Major, Michelin and Bulmers Norman, make for a classic Herefordshire cider, rounded out with some bittersharps for a balanced lasting finish.
