Situated along the banks of the River Wye, small scale family farm Hancocks Meadow appreciate a refreshing splash and understand the importance of rain to the mild and wet microclimate which is why such great apples and cider are produced in the heart of Herefordshire.
Oak Before Ash is an Ellis bitter blend, fermented and aged in 2 year Scottish Oak Barrels resulting in a smoky aroma with a smooth vanilla finish.
This cider is naturally fermented using whole juice and unsprayed orchard fruit.
