3 x 750ml 2017 Ashton Brown Jersey Single Variety Cider – 8.2% ABV
Producer's Notes: Golden fire, captured in time, in a bottle. Ashton Brown Jersey is one of our favourite apples; a bittersweet that grows slowly but produces a truly delightful cider. A gorgeous blend of sweetness from barrel and three year matured tannins; with an aroma of orchard floor and stone fruits on the flavour. Our ABJ trees have been devastated by moth, so this is our last for some years.
3 x 750ml 2019 Thorn Single Variety Perry – 6.0% ABV
Producer's Notes: The first expression of 2019. This Thorn was bottled pét nat style six months from pressing. It is youthful, delightful, frolicking in the joy of fermentation. A gorgeous, honey-melon and elderflower aroma, with huge juicy, yellow acidity that’s capped off by the most stellar of pear tannins. Topped up with Foxwhelp at pressing to avoid headspace, but little impact on the identity of the Thorn.
