The Story: It was hard and thirsty work guiding the horse-drawn plough. A dry cider like this would have been the ploughman’s reward for turning over a clean, straight furrow.
This unfiltered dry cider is made from the juice of traditional cider apples. Fermentation relies on the wild yeasts that have developed over 200 years of cidermaking at Woodredding.
